Welcome to the Dekina Beauty Affiliate Ambassador Program. By applying to become an affiliate ambassador or participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have an active and public social media presence (Instagram, TikTok).

• Share a genuine interest in skincare, wellness, or beauty.

• Be located in a country we currently ship to.

Dekina Beauty reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Dekina Beauty Affiliate Ambassador, you agree to:

• Promote Dekina Beauty products in an honest and respectful manner.

• Share your unique referral link with your community, followers, and potential customers.

• Use only approved branding materials or those that accurately represent the brand image.

• Refrain from making any false claims about the products or brand.

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content while representing Dekina Beauty.

Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Referral Link, Coupon Code & Commission Structure

Each Affiliate Ambassador will receive a unique referral link and a personalized coupon code upon joining the Affiliate Ambassadorship Program.

The referral link is the primary tracking method and must be used for commissions to be recorded. The coupon code is tied to and activated through the referral link and provides customers with a 3% discount on all qualifying purchases — this discount is only applied when the customer completes their order through the Affiliate Ambassador’s referral link.

Commission is earned only when the referral link is used at checkout. Orders placed without the referral link will not be eligible for commission, even if a coupon code is entered manually.

Commission applies only to valid, completed purchases of individual products made on the Dekina Beauty website. Bundle Sets are excluded from commission earnings as they are already offered at a discounted price.

Commissions are not earned on:

• Cancelled or refunded orders
• Personal purchases made using your own referral link or coupon code

Ambassador Tiers & Commission Structure

The Affiliate Ambassadorship Program operates across three performance tiers. Tier placement is reviewed monthly based on confirmed sales volume.

Tier I — Glow Partner

• Commission Rate: 10% on every qualifying sale
• Bundle Set purchases are not eligible for commission at this tier. Ambassadors must progress to Tier II to earn on bundle sales.
• Monthly Sales Target: 15 – 20 confirmed sales
• Product Gifting: Complimentary PR Package quarterly
• Content Requirements: 2 TikTok Videos + 1 Instagram Reel monthly
• Upgrade Eligibility: Ambassadors who consistently achieve 15–20 confirmed sales per month will be reviewed for progression to Tier II.

Estimated Monthly Earnings (based on avg. order value of ₦35,000) – At 15 sales: ₦52,500

At 20 sales: ₦70,000 (Commission only; no performance bonus at this tier)

Tier II — Luxe Ambassador

• Commission Rate: 15% on every qualifying sale
• Bundle Set Commission: 8%, calculated on the net transaction value after the customer’s 3% referral discount is applied
• Monthly Sales Target: 21 – 50 confirmed sales
• Performance Bonus: ₦20,000 upon meeting tier target
• Product Gifting: Complimentary PR Package every two months + Early Access to new launches
• Content Requirements: 2 TikTok Videos + 2 Instagram Reels monthly
• Upgrade Eligibility: Ambassadors who consistently achieve target confirmed sales per month will be reviewed for progression to Tier III.

Estimated Monthly Earnings (based on avg. order value of ₦35,000) – At 21 sales: ₦110,250 + ₦20,000 bonus = ₦130,250

At 50 sales: ₦262,500 + ₦20,000 bonus = ₦282,500

Bundle sales will vary based on product mix. Bundle commission is calculated separately at 8% on the post-discount value.

Tier III — Elite Ambassador

• Commission Rate: 20% on every qualifying sale
• Bundle Set Commission: 12%, calculated on the net transaction value after the customer’s 3% referral discount is applied
• Monthly Sales Target: 51+ confirmed sales
• Performance Bonus: ₦50,000 upon meeting tier target
• Product Gifting: Complimentary PR Package every month
• Additional Benefits: Website feature, event invitations, and consideration for brand trips
• Content Requirements: 3 TikTok Videos + 3 Instagram Reels monthly

Estimated Monthly Earnings (based on avg. order value of ₦35,000) – At 51 sales: ₦357,000 + ₦50,000 bonus = ₦407,000

At 100 sales: ₦700,000 + ₦50,000 bonus = ₦750,000

Bundle sales will vary based on product mix. Bundle commission is calculated separately at 12% on the post-discount value.

4. Payout & Reporting

• Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer to the bank account provided upon onboarding.
• All sales are tracked via each Ambassador’s unique referral link, with full transparency reporting available to all active Ambassadors.
• Affiliate Ambassadors will have access to a dashboard to view referrals and commission progress in real time.
• Payments are processed between the last day of the month and the 3rd day of the following month, following sales validation and confirmation of all qualifying orders.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Dekina Beauty (logos, product images, videos, etc.) remains the sole property of the brand.

• Affiliate Ambassadors may not alter or misrepresent the brand in any visual or written content.

• You are free to create original content promoting Dekina Beauty, but the brand reserves the right to repost or feature such content with proper credit.

6. Use of Marketing Materials

Affiliate Ambassadors will have access to a collection of official marketing materials including product images, graphics, and promotional templates, which can be used freely to promote Dekina Beauty.

All marketing assets must be used as provided and should not be altered, edited, or misrepresented without prior written permission from Dekina Beauty. Unauthorized use of brand materials outside the provided guidelines may result in termination from the program.

7. Termination

Dekina Beauty reserves the right to terminate or pause an affiliate ambassador’s participation at any time without prior notice if:

• The affiliate ambassador violates the terms of the agreement.

• The affiliate ambassador misrepresents the brand or engages in unethical behavior.

• The program is modified or discontinued.

Affiliate Ambassadors may also voluntarily withdraw by providing written notice via email.

8. Use of Affiliate Ambassador coupon codes

• Codes are intended for external promotion only (e.g., followers, friends, and customers).

• Abuse of codes—such as excessive personal use, misuse in paid advertising, or discount reselling—is strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to exploit the system for self-gain will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all earned commissions.

9. Publicity & Content Usage

By joining the program, you agree that Dekina Beauty may use your name, social media handle, image, or submitted content for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit, across digital platforms including our website, Instagram, and email newsletters.

10. Program Changes

Dekina Beauty may update or revise these Terms & Conditions, the commission structure, or other aspects of the affiliate ambassador program at any time. Continued participation in the program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dekina Beauty is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. The brand makes no guarantees about your earning potential.
