Welcome to the Dekina Beauty Affiliate Ambassador Program. By applying to become an affiliate ambassador or participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have an active and public social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, or similar).

• Share a genuine interest in skincare, wellness, or beauty.

• Be located in a country we currently ship to.

Dekina Beauty reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Dekina Beauty Affiliate Ambassador, you agree to:

• Promote Dekina Beauty products in an honest and respectful manner.

• Share your unique referral link with your community, followers, and potential customers.

• Use only approved branding materials or those that accurately represent the brand image.

• Refrain from making any false claims about the products or brand.

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content while representing Dekina Beauty.

Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Referral Link, Coupon Code & Commission Structure

• Each Affiliate Ambassador will receive a unique referral link and a personalized coupon code.

• The referral link is the primary tracking method and must be used for commissions to be recorded.

• When a customer visits the Dekina Beauty website through an Affiliate Ambassador’s referral link, the Ambassador’s coupon code will be automatically applied at checkout.

• The coupon code provides a 3% discount on all qualifying purchases, provided the customer completes their order through the Affiliate Ambassador’s referral link.

• Affiliate Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on every qualifying purchase made through their referral link, including repeat purchases, as long as the referral link is used at the time of checkout.

• Commission is earned only when the referral link is used. Orders placed without the Affiliate Ambassador’s referral link will not be eligible for commission, even if a coupon code is entered manually.

• Commission applies only to valid, completed purchases made on the Dekina Beauty website.

• Commissions are not earned on:

  • Cancelled or refunded orders

  • Personal purchases made using your own referral link or coupon code

4. Payout & Reporting

• Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer.

• A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., ₦5,000 or equivalent).

• Affiliate Ambassadors will have access to a dashboard to view referrals and commission progress.

• Payments will be made within 7 business days after the close of the month, following sales validation.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Dekina Beauty (logos, product images, videos, etc.) remains the sole property of the brand.

• Affiliate Ambassadors may not alter or misrepresent the brand in any visual or written content.

• You are free to create original content promoting Dekina Beauty, but the brand reserves the right to repost or feature such content with proper credit.

6. Affiliate Ambassador Incentives and Rewards

Dekina Beauty operates a performance-led affiliate ambassador program designed to reward genuine influence, consistency, and results.

Standard Reward Structure

• Affiliate Ambassadors who achieve a total of ₦500,000 in verified sales generated through their referral link will be eligible to receive:

  • Complimentary Dekina Beauty products, and/or

  • Exclusive PR packages, subject to availability.

• Sales milestones are calculated based on completed and verified purchases only.

• Qualified Affiliate Ambassadors will be notified via email once the milestone is reached.

• Fulfilment and shipping of reward items will be handled by Dekina Beauty at no cost to the Affiliate Ambassador.

Selective Product Seeding (Verified Affiliates)

• In certain cases, Dekina Beauty may choose to provide products at the start of the program to Affiliate Ambassadors with a verified and established customer base, strong content history, or proven sales performance.

• This decision is made solely at the discretion of Dekina Beauty and is not guaranteed for all Affiliate Ambassadors.

• Early product access does not replace performance expectations and does not alter commission terms.

Important Clarification

• Participation in the Affiliate Ambassador Program does not automatically entitle an Affiliate Ambassador to free products.

• Product rewards are intended to support performance and authentic promotion, not as sign-up incentives.

7. Use of Marketing Materials

Affiliate Ambassadors will have access to a collection of official marketing materials including product images, graphics, and promotional templates, which can be used freely to promote Dekina Beauty.

All marketing assets must be used as provided and should not be altered, edited, or misrepresented without prior written permission from Dekina Beauty. Unauthorized use of brand materials outside the provided guidelines may result in termination from the program.

8. Termination

Dekina Beauty reserves the right to terminate or pause an affiliate ambassador’s participation at any time without prior notice if:

• The affiliate ambassador violates the terms of the agreement.

• The affiliate ambassador misrepresents the brand or engages in unethical behavior.

• The program is modified or discontinued.

Affiliate Ambassadors may also voluntarily withdraw by providing written notice via email.

9. Use of Affiliate Ambassador coupon codes

• Codes are intended for external promotion only (e.g., followers, friends, and customers).

• Abuse of codes—such as excessive personal use, misuse in paid advertising, or discount reselling—is strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to exploit the system for self-gain will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all earned commissions.

10. Publicity & Content Usage

By joining the program, you agree that Dekina Beauty may use your name, social media handle, image, or submitted content for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit, across digital platforms including our website, Instagram, and email newsletters.

11. Program Changes

Dekina Beauty may update or revise these Terms & Conditions, the commission structure, or other aspects of the affiliate ambassador program at any time. Continued participation in the program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dekina Beauty is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. The brand makes no guarantees about your earning potential.
